Dear sir/madam,

I have written this letter to inform you about the noise from my place due to the fact that, recently my droplet fell and then made my cupboard broken. However, I must fix it.

Furthermore, I sincerely apologize about the noise from my place, and I promise to not make noise again. I hope you forgive me for this issue. Therefore, if I have some problems, maybe I must tell you before I make a decision.

In addition, if I make noise from my place again, you can give me a regulation. The rule is I must pay if I make noise so it can make me learn about this problem. Last but not least, in my opinion, I should possibly bring my cupboard to an expert to fix it, and the impact is that I can make noise from my place and then not disturb.
