I hope you are living a wonderful live and enjoying every moment!

I want to share a good news about my proffesional life, is that i got promoted as a continent sales manager and now for the client meting and work i need to visit various place around the world. For instance few weeks ago I was at Southern part of India and now I am in germany. I know it might sound you exiciting but for me it’s tired and hard to maintain my regular schedule. The only best part from this is I can meet different people from various location.

However, the main reason to writing this letter is to inform you that mid of next month I am visiting to your city due to some office work. Moreover I already asked few days off from work (from 14 Oct – 17 Oct), so i can meet you as well as my other colleagues. Since vadodara is a place where I started my carrer so its the most important place for me. So would it be possible for you to let me know your availability and accordingly i will make the activity to do on that day.
