Some schools of thought make the case that experienced workers like doctors and teachers should get higher salaries rather than athletes and actors, I tend to agree with this claim.
There are several compelling reasons why professionals should be paid more than sportsmen and entertainment individuals, not the least of which is education plays pivotal role to your career. Almost every job requires certain knowledge whether it is math or other subjects, the only occupation that teaches is teaching. Take school teachers in Uzbekistan, one of the lowest-paid jobs in the country, teachers because of the lack of income do not try to educate youth well, which is a relevent case in point.
Medicine is yet another factor that should be added to the equation. Nowadays, medication helps people all over the world to combat different diseases, being ill is part of human nature and doctors are the only ones who know how to treat them. Being healthy gives us the energy to do the things we enjoy, so being health-concsious is essential. Consider private healthcare facilities, where the salary is not high, so some doctors may not cure the patient fully so they will come back again, which is a great way for a doctor to earn more money from one sick person, is a pertinent example. Together these factors lead to fairness in giving the right amount of money based on how important the job is.
To conclude, I side with those contending that doctors and teachers should be paid generously instead of public figures and elite athletes due to such factors as teachers give you the most important expertise and doctors heal you to give you full freedom in moving and a comfortable life.
