In the contemporary era, there is a contentious debate about whether authorities should determine a retirement age for elderly people or individuals can enjoy after services pension at an early age. As far as my view is concerned, I profoundly assert that it is unfair to set the retirement age at 65 years because of enormous reasons which I will explicate in my upcoming paragraphs.
To commence with, the first and foremost reason for premature retrial grant is access to quality life as well as quality time. People who are constantly hustling in their work lives and do not have an abundance of time to spend with their near ones such as military force Require much-needed early retirement. It is widely acknowledged that army force protects the nation by living far away from their family, therefore they cannot spend quality time with their kin and kins. However, pension at an early age retirement encourages them to indulge in their hobbies which might be abundant due to a hectic work schedule with a healthy family.
In addition, another utmost Important reason is physical fitness. It is undeniable that people cannot be physically and mentally fit as much as they were stronger in their early age therefore, it is impossible for them to keep working on monotonous jobs with the same enthusiasm. For instance, a firefighter may face obstacles at the age of 65 in the emergency of rescuing someone from the burning building as contrast to his initial years due to lack of strength.
In a nutshell, regardless of the occupation, employees should be given the right to receive work benefits at an early age and take time to enjoy a healthy lifestyle especially workers who are continuously working at borders and require physical fitness.
