Local authorities are said to pay more attention to society offerings than art such as music and painting. From my perspective, I totally agree with this idea.
First, public services are keys for a prosperous country. Since these services are extremely essential for humans daily lives, the more modern the services are, the more useful people’s lives are. Citizenry’s physical and mental health can be improved with the best utility. For instance, when governments provide more buses, people can have another transportation to go to work rather than using their own private car. It not only protects the environment but also creates a worthy area for people to live. Therefore, when paying more attention to society services, guidance can increase the level of people’s happiness and boost the quality of lives.
Moreover, in this day and age, art has already been developed more than public services. Each county has its own entertainment industry which has widespread influences both domestically and over the world. Hence, authorities may focus on public services for a comprehensive development of a territory. Public services is a potential field if it can be improved well, it can prove that this is a well-developed region and the county’s status will be enhanced. For example, most developed countries such as Germany or America have the best public services.
In conclusion, I think that focusing more on public services than art is a value idea. This may help a lot with the growth of the region and people’s lives.
