In present era, rapidly advancement of technology has completely altered the way humans lives. Many groundbreaking inventions such as mobile phone, advance transportation, internet, online shopping and many other made lives comfortable and convenient. In this fast-paced world, many individuals believe that major shops in towns will be closed in near future due to the trend of online shopping. However, I personally do not see this happening. This essay will demonstrate potential reasons supporting my viewpoint.

To begin with, many individuals prefer to try outfits before purchasing them to check the fitting and quality. However, e-shopping does not provide this option to customers. In addition to that, products purchased from the online stores take two to three days to deliver. There are many cases such as due to mishandling of the parcel items got damaged and sometimes customers receives the wrong products. To embark on, recent survey revealed that around 10% of online order got returned everyday because of some issue with the order.

Moreover, nowadays in digital world cyber attacks are also increasing. Everyday, many people got trapped into such online scams and lost their money. For example, Times news report shows that, last year more than 15% Indian citizen lost their money while doing online shopping. These are the some key reasons that people still prefer to visit store in-person.

Taking everything into account, although, online shopping provides customers to purchase item from home, I still believe that because of online scams, error with orders people still prefer to go shops.
