In the rapidly evolving landscape of twenty-first century, societies are undergoing profound transformations that are fundamentally alterting the way we organize our living environments and approach our daily necessities. Although some believe that nowadayys, individuals are no longer reliant on animal-derived products for nourishment, medical treatment, or apparel. I strongly agree with the given asseration to a large extent. My inclination is elaborated in ensuring paragraphs with relevant examples.
The foremost argument to justify my stance is that modern technology and agriculture provide complete plant-based, synthetic, and cruetly-free alternatives for food, clothing, and medicine without scarificing human health or quality of life. In other words, today we have high-quality non-animal substitutes for everything like plant foods and vitamins for nutritation, synthetic fabrics for clothes, and lab-made ingredients for medicine making animal products compeletely unnecessary. Moreover, it is also true that economic and technological progress as plant-based foods, synthetic clothing, and lab-created medicines become mass-produced, they are becoming cheaper, more durable, and more accessible than traditional animal products. To examplify, taking lab-made insulin instead of pig insulin proves we have safe alternatives, while finding affordable synthetic leather jackets in regular stores show these options are now accessibvle to everyone.
Futhermore, the other reason to prove my point is enviromental preservation, as animal framing drives massive deforestation, greenhouse gas emissions, and water pollution, making a shift to plant-based and synthetic options essential to fight climate change. This is because switching to alernatives is much easier on the planet because producing plant food uses far less land and water han raising animals. To illustrate, according to a university of Oxford study, shifing away from animal products could reduce global agricultural land use by up to 75% while still providing adequate global nutrition.
To conculde – the aforementioned reasons, mordern alternatives in nutrition, textiles, and medicine fully eliminate our reliance on animal products, while drastically reducing enviormental damage and animal suffering – clearly justify my view of being on favor of the idea that using food or products derived from living organism is no longer needed in contemporary world.
