Every company has criteria for determining workers and their duties. Generally, nowadays, companies determine their workers by looking at their qualifications and experience in order to be in line with their work. I am of the opinion that qualifications and experience are not enough as a basis for selecting workers and their jobs, there must be other alternative ways.
There are many good reasons for selecting workers based on qualifications and experience. The important thing is that the process of selecting workers passes quickly. The company has the opportunity to utilize the time to plan other things about the company. Plans for cooperation, distribution, production, or budgeting, will risk losses and if you do not have qualified workers, the company will go bankrupt. Therefore, we do not underestimate the importance of qualifications and experience in selecting workers and their tasks.
However, many companies are starting to focus on quality rather than qualifications and experience to select workers and their tasks. Companies should not rely solely on qualifications and experience however. This will make workers more determined to improve their quality. And this will greatly benefit the company in the long run. In addition, qualified workers can complete their work quickly and accurately.
Both views have valid points, but I strongly believe that companies should focus on personal qualities to select workers and their tasks. Qualifications and experience are indeed one of the determining standards, but the main focus remains on the personal qualities of the prospective worker. Companies should provide an additional stage to sharpen the quality of their prospective workers. Not just looking at qualifications and experience records that can be falsified.
In conclusion, although qualifications and experience are the image of a qualified candidate, I feel that companies should be even stricter in making choices. By focusing on the personal qualities of prospective workers as evidenced by other tests by the company.
