The majority of teenagers cannot work after getting an education due to they are staying without any job and that problem makes them in financial trouble and mental problem.By the way, they can go to special courses and learn more skills which will help with their future job and they could start volunteering and after that find a job.
Nowadays, so many teenagers after leaving university and getting an education have a problem with finding a job due to they loose their skills which they got in university but they can go to volunteering where they can get special skills for their future job or meet people who will help them with finding any job. For example, volunteering it is not only when you give a help for people, that is big organisation where you also could get a help from other people. For example, so many teenagers go to organisations and after that get a job by helping where they can get a stable salary. However, if they cannot join to the volunteering organisation , they should not stay put and wait their gold ticket. They are need upgrade their skills by their own, and learn something new.For example, buy courses such as, IT developing, trading, etc.
Otherwise, all teenagers will have a mental problems, because they could have a society impact or bullying from their friends who have a job but they do not have any job and own money. Main problem is finances, always they would not have enough money for their spendings and when human could not buy something what he wants , he will have more mental problems because he will hate himself and reason for that he did not do something right and he will compare himself with others who got a job and self-torture will begin.
In conclusion, teenagers after getting an education do not need to stay put and just waiting when someone will find a job for them, they need to make a progress themselves or find any ways to find a job such as volunteering or they will face problems with their mentality health and with short of money.
