One school of though holds that there has been a rise in transport and living quarters issues in plenty of cities. Therefore, businesses are stimulated to relocate to suburbs. I maintain that the benefits outweigh the drawbacks.
On the one hand, there are some problems when moving to rural areas. First and foremost, the labour may face inevitably commuting troubles. This is due to the routes to countryside is far-flung so it would take a long time for a ride. For instance, individuals who travel from District 1 to Hoc Mon in Ho Chi Minh City might spend about nearly one hour due to the far distance. Futhermore, the next issue is also inadequate facilities and amenities. In reality, suburbs do not provide many as convenient stuff as in urban areas. This is due to the shortage of urbanization and residents living there. As a result, moving to this location would be inconvenient for labors in companies.
On the other hand, despite these disadvantages, I believe that the merits of migrating to rural areas are immense. Firstly, this aciton would lessen traffic congestion. In fact, as more people transfer to suburbs, the number of vehicles in cities would be diminished. As a consequence, the traffic flows in city center could be smoother and faster, which will save time for the labours when moving to work. Secondly, moving to countryside might avert the risk of inflation. The pressure and tendency towards real estates would reduce including apartment, households in cities. Therefore, the prices for these accomodation could remain stable, allowing companies to easily access to cheaper accommodation in modern cities.
In conclusion, despite the outcomes of migrating to rural areas, I contend that corporations should take this action because of low-cost accommotdation and traffic jam’s reduction. It is advisable that the government should enact policy that foster business’s movement.
