One factor is some worker probably stress and anxiety form a lot document during work lead to negative effective. Thus, They need to have time for relaxing in the during work and after work for decrease problem and increase effective in working. For example there are the room for watching movie, a game room and the sport room such as football, basketball, volleyball and badminton. Another factor can help relationship with other worker and boss who probably rarely seen for sharing idea, knowledge. Hence, the social and sports facilities should has in many company.
On the other hand, should setting time in using the area because it will interrupt working with other people and work. For example, if worker use facility before work lead to feel tired in during work as probably nap and poor effective and there is co worker problem. Thus, setting time is important in facility.
