Providing some amenities such as sport and social facilities is contended that all the large firms should do. In my stance, I strongly agree with this statement because it can have substantial advantages such as developing their organizations and decreasing the intention of employees to resign their job.
It is widely acknowledged that organizational development will be enhanced if firms provide sports and social facilities for employees, which may create excitement for them when they cooperate for their enterprises. This enjoyment will increase their motivation for devoting themselves to their companies, whose dedication will enhance the working productivity. Therefore, the organizations will develop significantly. Take Viettel as an example, because Viettel has provided for their staffs some new entertain infrastructures, the index of employee productivity in 2020 reached 3% , which is 2 times higher than that of 2019.
Additionally, the organizational investment for providing beneficial amenities to employees will create a potential working environment. This promising working milieu will improve the organizational commitment of workers, it is followed by the high rate of employee retention. For example, compared to last year the employee retention of Vinaphone was fallen alarmingly because the working environment is negative, however, that of Vinaphone in the current year has climbed dramatically from 17% to 50% since their working environment was improved by facilitating new sport facilities for relaxation after working hard.
In conclusion, I firmly agree with the previous statement that large enterprises should equipt sport and social infrastructures because of these mentioned benefits for all the companies.
