All nations across the global share the responsibility of reducing the greenhouse gases they emit. Although this task may be particularly challenging for developing countries due to financial and technological constraints, they must still make substantial reductions. Personally, I totally agree with this viewpoint based on some reasons that are explained in this essay.

One significant reason why developing nations should also take action to reduce greenhouse gas emissions is that climate change is a global crisis, affecting all of humanity regardless of a country’s economic status. If only wealthier nations cut emissions while poorer ones continue to pollute, global efforts will be ineffective. For example, maintaining the method of burning stubble in some outdated agricultural ares can lead to serious air pollution on a wide range. Moreover, some developing countries are among the world’s largest carbon emitters, like China and India, which rely heavily on coal for industrial production. If these emissions remain uncontrolled, the consequences will be catastrophic for the entire planet.

Another compelling reason is that developing nations, despite financial and technological difficulties, can still lower emissions with international support. Developed countries, which historically contributed the most to gas emssions, should provide and transfer green technologies to the developing contries. Initiatives like the Green Climate Fund would help poorer nations invest in renewable energy. Additionally, developed countries can help train engineers and scientists in the developing so they can develop green technology themselves. These collaborative measures ensure that gas emissions reductions can be achieved without compromising economic growth.

In conclusion, although developing nations face challenges, they must still take responsibility for reducing greenhouse gas emissions, as climate change is a global crisis. While transitioning to clearer energy may seem difficult, with proper financial technological assistance from developed nations, developing countries can sucessfully contributes to make reductions.
