Permitting people to dress casually at work particular days which encourages human to take their job less solemnly. All employees should put on clothes smartly on a regular basis. I partly agree with this statement. Because both clothes have their certain place and situation.

For example, most of journalists wear casual clothes. Because their job requires creative writing and communication skills. They can easily interact with people.
