Note: Both the topic and the essay were created by one of our users.

Replacing parks and green spaces with commerical and residential developments is a popular trend around the world these days. Although some might considered it negative. I believe it to be extremely beneficial. Not only are green spaces are important for people’s health and the environment but new developments also proivde shops, offices and houses. This essay will explore how these mega advantage make this development a positive development.

There are multiple advantages associated with this trend. Firstly, providing more houses can be considered as the leading benefit of this development. As this point clearly justifies the given argument. Take an example of an online poll conducted by the University of California, which revealed that, this is because new residential buildings can provide accommodation for people in crowded cities. Thus, this mega benefit I believe has the potential to make the development a positive development.

Secondly, creating more job opportunities can also be another major benefit linked with this trend. As the given logic clearly supports my opinion. For instance, a recent report published by london Times highlighted that people can find jobs as shops assistants, and office work and managers. Hence, this merit can be labelled as the most significant advantage, giving this development a positive outlook.

To sum up, even though the given development might have some drawbacks too. I believe that the benefits it brings in terms of green spaces are important for people’s health and ennvironment and new developments provide shops, office and new houses can make this development an overall positive one.
