Nowadays, a lot of countries see the changes on their populations. There are more younger people than older ones. Thus, I consider that, having a large number of young people can aspect to the country in good way.
Firstly, thanks to young individuals, countries can improve their economy, education systems and create new ideas. Education is essential to educate young adults, so they will be work hardly and find well-paid jobs. Also it’s good to have their own business. It means that they will improve the country’s economic. For instance: Kazakhstan , invented a special program called ‘bolashak’ which will allow students to study abroad and after that they will work to our country and exchange with their experiences.
On the other hand, the elder people also, can be useful for growing of countries. Some individuals think that having older workers can distract them to have achievements. However, works such as accounter , nursing, teaching can be suitable for them. So, older people also can help younger adults to work right, because they have more experiences than the younger ones. As a example we can take Japan. They have more amount of elder people . However, they know more about medicine, manufacturing, agriculture. In the end,thanks to their knowledge people can do the hardest surgeries or plant a lot of types of plants which will be exported to the world.
To sum up, we’ve talked about pros and cons of having more younger people. We knew that older people also can help to country to raise the level of country’s economy, medicine and education.
