In many parts of the world, the proportion of young adults is significantly higher than that of older people. While this trend may create certain challenges, I firmly believe that the advantages of this situation outweigh its disadvantages.
On the one hand, this trend can lead to challenges such as the loss of experience and cultural traditions. Older people often possess valuable life experience and historical knowledge, and without them, society may struggle to make well-informed decisions. In addition, grandparents and elderly relatives play an important role in passing down cultural values and traditions. If there are fewer older people in a country, cultural heritage may gradually disappear over time. Moreover, older generations are generally less familiar with modern technologies such as computers, which can create difficulties in certain areas of development.
On the other hand, from my point of view, there are many benefits that clearly outweigh these drawbacks. First of all, young people are physically energetic and able to work long hours, which increases productivity and supports economic growth. This energy also encourages creativity and innovation. Secondly, young adults are more familiar with modern technologies and are better able to adapt to technological changes. For example, in China, many companies prefer to hire young employees because they are considered more productive, creative and technologically skilled.
In conclusion, although a high proportion of young adults can create challenges such as the loss of experience and cultural traditions, I strongly believe that the benefits of this trend outweigh the drawbacks.
