It is argued that the huge wage is more significant than job satisfaction even if it makes you upset. I completely disagree with this opinion because having a profession that you want provides to go to work motivated every day.
Firstly, i believe that doing the job which you want keeps you motivated despite big salary because while you get up, you’ll know you’re doing what you want. Even if someone get the low salary, she ought to know that keeping her passionate to her job. Job satisfaction gives people sense of fulfillment though money. For instance, many actors and actresses playing in the films and series because they don’t care money, they just want play a character; therefore, working for yourself much more essential than working for high salary to keep you motivated.
Secondly, job satisfaction provides doing your job correctly and willingly because in spite of people who do their job for salary, it is appeal to you. Thus, it can lead you to making progress in your job. The people who love their job can achieve their duty correctly and this job make them satisfied. For example, Aziz Sancar is significant scientist in Turkey and even though his teacher said him to can’t achieve something if he doesn’t study for money in his life, he happened well paid scientist and did profession which he wanted. So doing correctly your job is essential to achieve something and show people you achived something with job you wanted
In conclusion, I strongly disagree because being satisfied is more important than high wage because it makes people happy and motivated.
