There is no denying the fact how important the healthy lifestyles is for people around the world. While it is a commonly held belief that Australian children face the obesity issue which is increasing considerably as many as tow thirds of kids are currently obese , there is also an argument that opposes it. In my honest opinion , I totally agree with that view.

To begin with , as soon as the schools play a key role to rise awareness , the dilemma will definitely undermine remarkably. In other words, the educational buildings invariably endeavour to guide the children to good behaviour whether science or knowledge. There are numerous ways to stress kids. For example , morning exercise , meditation and water drinking continuously. What is more , the managements at schools should prioritise healthy food . That is to say , when teachers encourage students to practise eating healthy food, schools have to contain food variety until the children can eat different types of food , such as some of fresh fruit and vegetables , nuts , salad leaves , in addition , the managers ought to dedicate appropriate place to play various sports at the educational places. For instance , swimming pool , court , course and pitch . As one philosopher said , ‘ if you want to achieve great success in anything , you must follow four factors. The factors are diligence , patience , persistence and aspiration ‘.

Another strong point to consider , more member of society strive to enrol their children at the schools which have sports facilities and coaches. Besides , there is the tide of public opinion that criticise the schools and the institution whose school do not rehabilitate to guide kids .

In the recent study , research has established that the majority of citizens have set-awareness to protect their offspring against this trouble . According to the research , the data reveals that there is a large segment of people are eager to register their kids at the ideal schools which have a lot of responsibility about education and health , and it accounts for 98% of the global population

In conclusion , there are no easy answer to this question . On balance ; nonetheless, I tend to believe that the governments must emphasis that there are critical difficulties about this topic which need to be resolved. Furthermore, I would like to stress that the local authorities had better seek to live up to a high level of guidelines for their citizens to ensure civilians’s security.
