The biggest danger for earth now is a global warming. This is a fact, as warming of the climate negatively impacts all living organisms on our planet. Additionally to this problem, there is a wide usage of AI technologies in all areas, which is also an issue that can cause people’s laziness, which might stop us from progressing as human beings.
Climate change , is in fact a huge danger for people and everything that surrounds them. When the temperature rises and planet becomes hotter, glaciers start to melt. As a result of rising ocean levels floods, tsunamis and other terrible natural disasters will start to happen and some cities may even go underwater in the nearest future. Consequently, not only humans, but also thousands of animals will lose their homes, rare species of plants and insects will disappear because of the flood. According to the recent research, it is projected that the 40% of the Bangkok city will be flooded 2030.That being said, every species living in Bangkok are under a big threat now.
AI is now being popularized at an alarming speed. It is now used at the workplace, in medicine and even in education. As artificial intelligence develops, it starts to perform faster than humans, which makes it easier for individuals to use it to finish the job they were required to do themselves. It increases the reliance on technologies and people will start to get lazy and will not try to come up with ideas on their own. At universities in Kazakhstan more than half of the students finish their assignments with the help of Chat GPT, which is an AI bot that can answer any question. If students had studied without using AI technologies, there would not be the lack of experienced specialists.
In conclusion, rising of the earth’s temperatures is the biggest threat to all species, especially humans. Alongside with that, excessive usage of artificial intelligence is becoming a serious issue for the general public, decreasing the demand for solving problems without relying on technologies. Both of these problems can lead to tragic consequences in future.
