It is universally accepted that the higher your educational degree is, the more chance you have to succeed in live. Hovewer, some indivuduals believe that nowadays it becomes more easier to achieve a good work placement by developing soft skills rather than hard skills. Personally, I partly agree with this statement. So in the following essay I will take a look at both sides of the arguement and express my opinion.
First and foremost, since early times of human being education has been a crucial tool to earn higher wages. If mankind had not developed education, there would not have been any part of the human race at all. Academic knowledge helps people to save our inheritage, develop infrastructures, write poems and do art. The same logic for today: the smarter indivisual is, the more valuable his role in society. For instants, highly-educated employees who have a diploma like teachers, doctors, politicians or engineers always needed for society to cover necessities of country and achieve any progress, rather economical or technical.
On the other hand, nowadays, with improving of digital technologies, there are much more good and high-paid jobs that does not require completing university. Most of the times, gaining experience and developing soft skills is by far the most necessary thing for lobs like content-creators, musicians or photographers.
To conclude, there are plenty of career paths that either need a degree or not, either askes for hard or soft skills. However, non of these fact cannot stop employees to get an amazing job!
