On the one hand, these university degree knowledges can be essential for numerous variety of professions namely: doctors, engineers and teachers. Prime advantage of having physiological degree is there is a high chance of getting accepted to the high school professor, because this is what schooling is looking for when connecting with scholars so that they can enhance their school status. Furthermore, nowadays there is no chance of being a doctor without at least having magister degree hence, they are responsible of person’s life. For instance, Asian countries require academic degree resulting in high quality workforce.
On the other hand, having inborn talent can be beneficial in business category. This is because, having natural potential of talking to people openly and being extrovert is one of the major skills that all successful businessman’s have. In addition, making individuals interest in your product and manipulating them to purchase it a soft skill that only those ‘gifted people’ has. For example, founder of ‘Ali baba’ company used to be average on his classes however, following his inborn talents he used to go out and sell his old toys for affordable price, as a result now he is one of the ” top 10 most successful businessman in the world”.
In conclusion, having inborn talents can be huge benefit for person’s life in particular circumstances, however, at the same time being aware of intellect is an important skill that companies searching for, I believe that having innate ability to talk with people is good in business but, in more practical jobs such as doctors it is essential to have major skills involved in their work .
