Nowadays, many people believe that devices such as computers are widely used in the field of education, and teachers no longer essential in the class. I disagree with this view because teachers provide individual guidance and support that computer cannot fully replace.
Firstly, teachers are essential part of education, because they help to understand the complex topics for each students and give feedback personally. While computers can provide amount of unnecessary informations, although they cannot identify the certain difficulties that individual students experience. On the other hand, for the students more comfortable to understand when a teacher explain face to face also in the simple language not academician. For example, when student struggle with mathematical problem, teacher can explain with the different methods until the students understands it. As a result, students can deeper understand the subjects without and difficulties.
Secondly, technology can produce a lot of informations, but they cannot fulfill the duties that teachers provide teachers can help not just with improving knowledges but also providing emotional supports for each students. Furthermore, they are as a doctors that know diseases of each patients. Likewise, teachers can identify student’s weaknesses and give individual feedback. Another significant benefit is that a real person conducts the lesson, so it maintain classroom discipline, and at the same time improve communication skills by the different discussions. For example, in the classroom teachers can conducte debates, due to body languages of the students, teachers can understand the level of stress that student experiencing. Consequently, they will support and help to emphasize thoughts of students.
In conclusion, technologies can be excellent source for providing enormous important informations. However, despite the benefits of technology , I believe that human teachers continue to play a crucial role in education.
