In the modern times, the issue of discrimination in salary between the high professionals and the general labours has become a controversial thing.Many indiviuals argue that officers should pay a smart salary .Other group belive that it is a kind of discrinamation.In this paragraph i will emphasis on both of the arguments and will clarify my overall opinions.
Generally speaking, there are some basic reasons why the high ranked stuff should offer high salary .Perhaps , the main reason is that high offficials are graduated which gives them extra advantages in managing companies demands.A high ranked officer has to deal with the severe issues like as meeting with overseas businessman which needs the language proficiency without the communication skills it is not possible at all.A further reason that most of the companies wants to deal with the creavities from the indiviuals who want to take the high post .To gain their creativities authorities have to deal with the professionals with a high charge.
On the other hand, there are also some reasons why people argue that labours should pay indifferent wages that officials deserve.A company cannot run without labours as they are vital for productions .If they are neglected , a company cannot able to get their expacted productions.To be honest , if a large group of labours donot get a smart salary , they cannot live comfortably. A good illustration that , without paying a big amount they will fail to meet demand their basic needs which force them to live under proverty line.
