Publishing a child is the responsibility either parental or teachers. I agree with the viewpoint due to parents are responsible for their children and parents should educate their children.
On the one hand, there are clear arguments that teachers should discipline children. One of the main reason can be that teachers must maintain discipline in their classroom. If teachers do not punish a naughty child, others students will suffer from the disruption. The means that other students will not able to read understand the subject, the teacher or school director sould explain the rules to the bully children, pulish them and inform the parents.
On the other hand, I agree with the viewpoint that parents should reprimand children. Firstly, I believe that parents know their children better than teacher. Because of, parents know their children well and they know has to punish their children for misbehaving. For example, they can take away their phone or not give money. Secondly, I feel that parents need to be responsible for their child’s conduct at home. This means that parental must take care of their children until they reach 18 years of age.
In conclusion, teachers or parents should punish children. I agree with the viewpoint due to parental are responsibility for kids and they should learn manners their children.
