I do not agree with the statement. Profit shouldn’t be the first priority when it comes business. I would state with my reasons and examples in the following.
First, every business would like to gain massive amount of profits to run its enterprise in the long term and to sand out within its competitors. There may be a business that pure its profits as fist or a firm which prioritizes its customers at major place depending on company. However, there is no profit if there are no purchasers.
Running business just only for profits can be no problem only in short-term. For example, if one runs a cosmetic type of firm unfortunately, the products that were produced from your firm can cause injuries and skin barriers to buyers. In this kind of situation, owner needs to take action such as withdraw the harmful products from its market and refund money to customers or pay the bill for treatment of injured skin.
Second, one shouldn’t escape from above mentioned situation and must take risk for the action. There is no doubt that can cost firm large number of moneys; thus, one can save the Image of the company as well as its customers. If one runs a business, there has always risk in every sector of firm. Taking risk is the must business ethic for every enterprise.
To sum up, without buyers, there is no business, We should keep quality more than quantity for the long run of a firm. If business can keep satisfactions of its customers, there will also be massive amount of incomes.
