Many individuals consider that good listeners are much better friends than those who speak a lot in a conversation. I agree with this statement, because listeners are more important and convenient for me to speak with. In the forthcoming paragraphs, I shall discuss both views and give reasons to support my point of view.
First of all, good listeners are attentive and understanding friends. They can sympathize with your situation or support you during challenging times in your life. They accurately remember information that you have said, think about it, and probably give some advice. If you have a problem, listeners will help to find solutions with you. Listeners will not speak only about their own life’s, that is really valuable to have this type of companions.
Furthermore, good conversationalists mostly interested only in their life’s. For instance, if you start sharing your problems, they can easily change topic of conversation and start talking about their own troubles. Conversationalists can start talking about theme which is not interesting and engaging for you. Sometimes it seems that your life and stories are not that attractive and cool to be listened by this type of friends. This type of friends can steal energy and force, or impact badly on your mood of the day.
In conclusion, I suppose that good listeners are better to be friends with than with nice conversationalists. The reason is that they are interested in you and your life. I consider that having both types of friends is the most comfortable.
