It is argue that children should join the university for the further study after the school. However, some believe that they should join the organization to work for them. I belive that joining the scool for futher education is the best option for kids, as they can develop their skills and carrer after graducation from the University.
The primary reason why young students should go to college or the university is that there they can enhance their knowledge and ability such as, decision making and problem sloving skills. During the classes students take tough decisions to meet their task deadlines, by doing this they manage their short and long term problems, which in future support them to think and manage the things under the high pressure. For example, many Harvad’s student get their first job right after their graduation, because companies believe those students know how to work under the stress full situations.
The second main reason why kids should pursue their studies at university is that they can choose better job option. This mean that many organizations prefer to hire with the higher education for the upper level managemnt position. By having a degree people can seek a high paid job, which would help them to become sucessful person in life. For instance, on indeed.co.ca, there are more than 1000 jobs are advertize with high salary and perks for mater’s degrees. As a result, for the mangement position young people need to study at the university.
In conclusion, I belived that doing job after high school in not good option for young students, because getting graduate from univeristy help them to learn new skills and getting better job position in the company.
