There’s no denying the fact that Excessive technology is a massive problem in the teenagers mental health. While it is a commonly held belief that the huge amount of notifications coming from the internet is a major factor of this threat, there also an argument that opposes it. In my opinion I consider that being entirely engaged in the internet wouldn’t necessarily be the best idea.
To begin with, social media can be against you if you don’t use it properly. In other words,
It can effect your mental well-being by increasing your stress levels, In addition, the alerts that comes from the apps makes the adolescents feel like they need to respond as fast as they can developing a sense of urgency from nothing vital that leads to an anxiety.
Another point to consider, the younger generation go through Psychological problems
Comparing their lives to the perfect life they see on this. It is also possible to say that the teenager should know that not everything they be seeing on the media is real.
Moreover, spending enormous time on the phone can lead to lack in the social skills and the reason behind it that it’s not difficult to send messages and share info with out being in the same range leading to a poor communication in real life.
In conclusion, despite people having different views, I believe that excessive use of technology by young adults can cause reduction of satisfaction in life and it can effectively damage the teenage , Be balanced.
