Consuming a balanced diet is one of the best ways to maintain a better lifestyle. I partially support it. While having a balanced diet is significant, It seems to me that exercising also plays a major role to have a healthy lifestyle.
Taking in a balanced diet is fundamentally crucial for us due to several reasons. Firstly, it strengthens the immune system alongside improving overall well-being. Moreover, it provides enough nutritions to stay energetic & active during the day. For instance, in 1988, a few researchers in the United States of America brought 20 individuals for an experiment to test if eating a balanced diet is a vital factor or not. As a result, almost 75% of the patients felt strongly less lazy than before.
However, exercising is also considered to be an essential way to sustain our life mentally and physically due to its wide variety of benefits. To begin with, moving your body daily encourages the individual’s brain to function properly while dropping your blood pressure as much as possible. Furthermore, it plays a role in decreasing obesity & hectic mood. A recent study in Japan concluded that almost 95% of the Japanese population live far more than the average human in other nations such as the USA and Mexico due to daily workout which changed their mood drastically while enhancing their weight.
All in all, adapting a balanced diet is vital to keep a wholesome lifespan. However, my opinion lies somewhere in the middle, although I lean towards agreement to a certain extend.
