Economic growth is one of the most cirual standard to determent a nation’s success, however it is not the only way to measure. International connection and relationship should be on the list. In my personal view, citizens should be the prioritise in a country, for example the benefit of the citizen and the happiness of the people etc.
First, International connection and relationship. A successful country should be able to take care of both inner and global issues. For example,the United States, leading country of the modern era. The government of the United States is outstanding at taking care of crisis, such as, global warming, country’s conflict. Their reaction can effect the situation of other country and stabilizes their citizens.
Second, for inner country aspect, a successful country should have a system that benefit their citizen. Like Canada and the United Kingdom, Both country have a complete medical system, which prvoid a safe environment for their people. Moreover, the happiness of people are essential for measure a country’s success. As I mentioned before, I think the citizen should be a major consideration of a successful country. When the citizen do not have the rights and freedom to express themselves. It is destructive for rating to be a successful country.
In conclusion, economic growth only reflects the business of the nation, a successful country does not mean that they are economic. In order to understand a country’s success the citizen freedom and benefit, with international connection should be in the standard for measure a country’s advantage.
