Admission to either university or college programs should be allowed to everyone.
Should there be a criteria followed to who is supposed to join which tertiary education based on their performance scores?In this essay I strongly disagree and will two reasons which includes each career speciality requires some particular grades and one’s overall score determines their area of study .
Firstly to take a specialisation in a particular course ,one needs to have certain qualifications of specific points in some subjects ,as this will enable to secure an admission to study for the course .This facilitates discipline and leads to a maximum number of the people who gets the knowledge in the particular field . If for example everyone was allowed to take any field without even any background results or checks we would end up with many people flooding in same speciality hence unemployment and incompetence,as everybody would want to take the careers which seems to pay-more while ignoring the low paid ones.
Secondly ,for one to take a certain faculty course ,should have an overall grade.This however puts a limit to which area one will study in .It is important as it controls and brings the balance in all faculties ,especially the ones thought by many to be less important.As a result of this we end having varying skills hence services and products from all different study knowledge in the market.
In conclusion there should be set standards and requirements followed to determine which program one should take depending their previous academic grades and achievements. As this will ensure all job market opportunities get people with the qualified knowledge as well as right skills .
