Some people think that a diet rich in vegetables and fruits should be adopted as a meat-based diet can lead to health-related problems. I somewhat agree with this idea because of that meat products may cause fatal disease and a vegetarian diet is full with vitamins whereas cutting of meat intake involves some essential vitamin deficiency.
The main reason why I support this claim that individuals should take on vegenary lifestyle is because of people who mostly consume meat-centered meals have high risk of serious diseases like blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, heart attack, cancer and overweight. In other words, livestock products contain not only heavy components but also bacterial organisms that are harmful for human body. In fact, over consuming pork leads to cancer come up from worms in pork that has strong resistance for every situation.
The next reason for my position on a vegetarian diet is better than heavy-meat eating habit is by the reason of fibreality and nutritionality of a plant-based diet. To illustrate, vegetables are rich in useful components such as folic acid, magnesium, potassium. In addition, it is said “a cup of green vegetables a day keeps heart doctor away”.
However, meat products have important role to live up nutritional needs of human body. That means, giving up meat consumption may result in vitamin B12, protein or iron deficient. Eventually, this brings on vulnerable immune system that suffers from facing illness easily. For example, lack of protein gives rise to overlosing weight and the body becomes intolerant to fight against diseases.
In conclusion, I partially suggest individuals should become vegetarian friendly to avoid serious diseases prompted by an animal-based diet and nutritional benefit of green-eating. However, meat has crucial role in vitamin diversity of the body.
