There is an opinion that all students until the age of eighteen must stay at school. I largely support this view because school helps teenagers develop their first ability to use hard and soft skills.
One of significant advantages is better career oportunities. With better qualification individuals can improve their future employment opportunities. These qualifications may increase their chances of finding stable workplace. For example, in Central Asia countries, such schools is neccessary to complete, which is why young people have big chances to choose suitable career start. Without sufficient education, they can struggle to complete in job market.
Another important reason is that schools provide opportinity to develop communication, ability work in team and critical-thinking skills. When students live in this environment everyday they are more likely to practice all gained skills with others. As a result, young people take not only theory or academic alternatives from school but also use essential knowledge instantly. If there were no such facilities, they would not be more motivated to continue their education.
In conclusion, i fully agree with the idea that until eighteen years old every teenager should complete al school classes, because it doubles their chances to find really stable, adequate job and also they studying all key skills that will help them with future goals.
