In recent years, online communication has become increasingly in both education and work. However, many people believe face to face meetings are more effective than meeting by phone or other communications device. There are a number of strong arguments to support the idea that face to face meeting are more effective than online meeting.
One reason why face to face meetings are more effective is the purpose are clear during communication. While discussions, people can understand body language, facial ekspressions, tone of voice easily and movement lips. Meanwhile, there had a missunderstandings can be asked or explained again. For example, discussion about vegetable selling price offers are often more effective when they meet directly rather than connect virtual. This allows them to resolve sensitive issues and meeting in person allows for smoother negotiation process.
Another reason for my opinion is the advantage of direct discussion is they help create stronger personal and professional relationships. Meet in person usually builds connection more quickly than online interaction. This is especially building team collaboration and leadership situations where cooperation is needed. Student, for instance, often feel more connected and motivated after face to face in the school with their friends and teacher. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the transition to online learning, teacher-student and peer-to-peer had a weak relationships.
In conclusion, in my opinion that face to face meetings more effectively than virtual meetings or telephone meetings. This is because more effective in many important situations and they improve communication quality and strengthen relationships between people.
