It is argued by some that parents whose children study at private schools should not pay fee that assists to improve systems of education. I partially disagree with this trend, because everyone should pay levy in order to modernize educational systems.
On the one hand, nowadays, most schools are required too much attention to their improvements. This is because to educate students in good condition, without good condition students are not educated very well, because people’s brain is focused to study in comfort zones. For example, in Africa many people are illiterate, the reason for this is African schools are very poor and there teachers are not qualified. In addition, if wealthy families do not pay levy for educational systems, government would not provide public schools with facilities, because this kind of process is related to government’s financial resources.
On the other hand, taxes for educational systems are large, not every family can afford payments to these huge amount of taxes. This is because, not all families whose children study at paid schools, pay money for these schools, because their children maybe won 100% grants to study at paid schools. For example, governments every year arrange at least 2 educational olympiads or competitions for students, and in these competitions often main prizes are vouchers for study abroad or at paid schools. In addition, to pay these taxes parents and students would have to work a lot, and this process can influence on educational spirits of students.
To sum up, parents whose children study at paid schools should pay taxes for educational systems as other parents whose children study at public schools, but payments should not be a lot.
