Junk food is thought to be the main part of human’s diet and it is one of the main reasons that is causing health problems. As a result, obesity, diabetes and heart diseases are becoming the main health problems among many people. To address these problems, there are several measures that governments should take such as increasing the cost of fast food or banning fast food chains for several days in a week.
Fast food is gaining popularity around the world and it is causing some health problems. Many people are attached to fast food and almost eat it every day. Repeating this action can cause them to be overweight.
Consequently, they will suffer with laziness and sedentary lifestyle. Furthermore, in recent years many people have died because of obesity, so fast food can even cause death. Moreover, consuming more junk food can also cause heart diseases and diabetes. Many people think fast food is healthy because of the ingredients that they see, but that ingredients are less nutritional and contains harmful chemical substances which probably cause these problems. As a consequent, heart disease also can cause serious problems such as heart attack and heart failure which will probably make people die
To address these problems, government can take several measures such as rising fast food’s cost or banning fast food chains. Increasing the cost of fast food will probably make people eat less of them. This is because, many people will not be able to afford it in turn prefer eating inside. Moreover, banning fast food outlets for 4 5 days in a week will also decrease fast food consumption. Consequently, there will be less people who suffer with health problems that is caused by junk food.
In conclusion, while there are many health problems that fast food is causing, government can decrease these problems by taking some measures such as rising fast food’s cost and banning fast food outlets for several days.
