In recent years, a big worldwide problem is eating fast food because many people like it, especially young adults. Although several major issues have arisen as a result of this habit, some steps can be taken to deal with them.

One concern in terms of health problems caused by fast food is obesity. Fast food has high levels of calories, sugar and unhealthy fats, which can lead to extra weight for people’s body. One example is being overweight over time which increases the risk of illness such as heart disease, high blood pressure and diabetes. Regarding the consumption of fast food is the impact on mental health. Scientific research has shown that frequently eating fast foods can develop anxiety and depression, which can create get older earlier in the future because stress accelerates ageing in people.

On the contrary, to combat the issue, some productive steps can help to overcome it to a large extent.The foremost one is that individuals should eat the rainbow, including vegetables, fruits and natural foods. Because it may be very helpful for reduce obesity and improve people’s health. In addition, to address next issue, the government should invest more money for fitness club, and arise interest in people on doing exercises. For instance, American scientists find that doing some exercise like running, jumping or walking are the best way to get rid of adiposity.

In conclusion, although there are several issues due to the consumption of fast food, taking steps such as eating rainbow and improving fitness activities can solve the problems to a large extent.
