In the contemporary era, there has been a belief that movies can be produced by ordinary citizens, which used to be exclusive for corporations in the past. From my perspective, I entirely believe that this phenomenon has both advantages and disadvantages, yet its drawbacks associated with a negative effect on film companies outweighs its benefits.
On the one hand, it is explicit that ordinary people are facilitated to manufacture films by this development. Since the advent of high-tech tools is increasingly prevalent, individuals possess autonomy to pursue their interests more easily. In this way, the emergence of films in the entertainment market has been rising relentlessly, which contributes to the abundance of leisure forms. With this trend, anonymous creators will gain greater audiences and their talent will be recognised widely after a prolonged period, thereby boosting their income level.
Conversely, not only does the growth spur valuable merits, but it also presents challenges, especially for professional film manufacturers. Owing to the prevalence in making films in the community, enterprises will confront more rivals in their market. For this rationale, they encounter burdens and pressure of producing high-quality works compared to the past. Moreover, the revenue of these companies is profoundly influenced. For instance, individuals are able to make films and publicize these on various platforms, reaching a huge number of viewers. Therefore, film professional producers have to compete with them and the sales of tickets will face jeopardy at strongly decreasing.
In conclusion, I wholeheartedly posit that the tendency of making films by the ordinary citizens leads to benefits, yet the downsides surpass due to the adverse influence on film conpanies.
