Band 7+: for many people, the reason they work hard is to earn money Do you are argee or disargee?

Note: Both the topic and the essay were created by one of our users.

Some issues related to the motivation sector always attract public scrutiny and interest. Thus, these issues often give rise to debates and controversies. An outstanding suggestion is that some individuals believe that money is a motivation for working hard. In my opinion, I partly concur with this statement and will express my own stance in the following essay.

There is no doubt that money serves as a powerful motivator for many individuals. First, money is essential for meeting basic needs, such as food, shelter, and health care, which can make it an important factor in life, and it allows humans to improve their standard of living by buying goods or traveling for leisure. Families living in expensive cities need to earn enough income, which often motivates them to work longer hours.

However, money is not the only factor that affects working hard. Many people are motivated by intrinsic motivations, such as a passion for their work and a sense of personal development. For example, individuals who work in creative or helping fields, such as teaching and healthcare, may find meaning in the job, even if it does not come with the highest financial rewards.

In conclusion, why humans work hard to earn money is a complex and multifaceted issue that requires careful consideration and analysis. Although I acknowledge that money irrefutably plays a vital role in our lives, I do not disprove its harmful impacts. Striking a reasonable balance in this perspective may yield the most beneficial outcomes for myself and the community.
