Band 5+: gadvantages of living in a house rather than a house

There are many people who chose to stay in a house, while others believe that there is more profit in living in an apartment. So, there are advantages and disadvantage for both. However, living in a house is more profitable than living in apartment.

Firstly, there is freedom in the house: those live in the house are independent when they are doing their activities. The reason is that the house is a calm place, there is no noise of neighbors and none can disturb. For instance, here in Rwanda houses have enough room. That means every member of family, even children are capable to posses their own room that advantage them when they are completing their homework. The parents also need their free space another to fulfil their responsibilities.

On the other hand, staying in an apartment has advantages. In the apartment the prices are low that in the house. Also, in an apartment the people can interact and help each other. But there is a problem of insecurity. When many people live together there might be also thieves and robbers. A problem of calm can be also found, because the number of people a big than the place to habitat. For example, here in Rwanda those live in apartment have a serious problem of finding the ground for their children to play.

In conclusion, a house is profitable than an apartment. Many fact such as security, freedom, calm and wellbeing of children shows that to habitat in a house have so many advantages than staying in an apartment.
