In recent years, increasingly increasing global warming has become a growing concern in many countries. There seem to be three main causes and a number of solutions related to this problem, which we will discuss now in this essay.
Perhaps one of the most common causes is the excessive amount of carbon emissions being released in the environment. By this, it means that harmful gases being produced by vehicles and factories contribute to the same, leading to heightened levels of air pollution. Another well-known cause is the deforestation being done to a larger extent in order to construct industries and houses. This results in outbreak of harmful greenhouse gases affecting the wildlife and human life. Furthermore, lack of awareness can also be considered as one of the causes of this situation as those using plastic bags, littering in open areas, and wasting water resources tend to be unaware of the consequences of these actions.
Turning to possible solutions, one of the most effective and immediate step would be for governments to increase road tax so that people are encouraged to use public transport as their means of travel leading to decreased amount of such emissions. Moreover, by penalizing the factory owners for intentionally releasing emissions and punishing those doing illegal deforestation, this issue can be mitigated. Finally, raising awareness among children and adults about their environment on how to keep it clean and safe can be an effective.
In conclusion, the three main causes discussed in this essay are carbon emissions, deforestation, and lack of awareness but to mitigate this problems a number of steps could be taken which are increasing road tax, penalizing, and raising awareness.
