The debate surrounding globalization has gained a significant momentum in recent years, presenting a complex ethical and social dilemma. While a segmant of society advocates for its continuation on the grounds of development, others maintain that avoiding such actions is more beneficial. From my perspective, although some developments in different fields have certain justifications, I am inclined to believe that leaving all societies to live in the familiar way is the more compelling argument.
Those who agree that globalization is leading to a bright feature present three main reasons.Initially, they see this subject from more than one angel in other words they say that such thing can be beneficial in science , technology and welfare. A recent study conducted by a group of experts, found that globalization can combine successful people from different backgrounds and this can guide us to an unexpected successes. Furthermore, it is a way to raise acceptance in people’s hearts and remove any kind of discrimination. Finally, globalization can solve the problem of having more than one religion because there will be a lot of religious people who will use this advantage to spread their religion and they will not stop until the world has one religion.
Nonetheless, people who do not support globalization have several reasons. They believe that making the world as one country will lead to millions of life loss. The perfect example to such thought is the war that happened between Kuwait and Iraq ,while Kuwait tried to defend its land Iraq tried to make it there’s this is highly related to globalization because Iraq tried to act that Kuwait belonged to them and this is what is likely to occur when globalization spreads. Moreover , they disagree with the supporters claim that globalization will remove discrimination. They believe that globalization will certainly cause racism. Those who do not defend globalization claim that people will lose their identity and forget their race and their origin because they will adapt to other beliefs.
In conclusion, while the arguments for globalization are rooted in a bright developed future and one hearted society, the benefit for avoiding globalization appear to be far more substantial in the long term. Having weighed both sides, I firmly believe that the claims that support globalization are no longer justifiable.Ultimately, the focus should shift towards how to keep one’s identity to ensure a harmonious balance between progress and origin.
