At this time and age, some components state that the governmental fund should be allocated for public facilities and infrastructures, such as school or hospital since investments in art figures like theatres, concerts, paintings are considered as the invaluable action. From my perspective, I partly agree with this idea.
On the one hand, it is undeniable that the improvement of public services are the main keys for the development of the country. For this reason, enhanced facilities and services are able to not only assist a greater living quality for the residents, but also address their basic requirements, forming the long-term advantages for the nation in the future. To be detailed, if the school and sport centers are significantly updated with plentiful advanced courses and equipments, it is feasible for trainers to put themselves into a splendid circumstance with outstanding apparatuses as well as brilliant tutors, allowing them to sharpen their both physical and psychological life. As a result, this generation contains a huge opportunity to soar and provide the country with great value. For instance, the miracle of Vietnamese football in the U23 Asian Tournament in 2018 is the result of their big expenses 18 years before in football fields such as infrastructures or professional courses with other oversea institutions to find the talented young footballers and train them for the future national team.
Despite these above facts, the governments, on the other hand, should also equally pay their attention to art patterns for its own positive impacts on national development. Initially, arts related to cultural values such as well-known statues or museums are effective choices to raise awareness of young generations about their country. Therefore, upgrading these symbolic figures is possible to not only maintain the cultural heritages of the country, but also make them widespread to the youth, offering a chance for teenagers to comprehend more adequately about the past as well as the characteristic identity of their nation. For example, the refurbishment of Ho Chi Minh Museum with more collected historical objects can facilitate proponents to obtain plentiful information about HCM, the greatest person in VN. Furthermore, arts in a number of types can also bring economic revenue to the country. By organizing music concerts or museum exhibitions, the nation can gain a massive profit from attracting tourists and foreign travellers. As a result, the economy is enhanced, followed by improved income levels which assist a higher living standard.
In summary, both of these mentioned aspects are equally crucial for the prosperity of a particular nation. For that reason, the leaders had better balance the investments in these fields to comprehensively develop their country.
