Nowadays, while some people think giving support for artists is not necessary and we need to pay it for the other country’s aspects, artists still receive the numbers of supports from governments every year. Despite supporting arts creates more opportunities for countries to promote their cultural, I believe that spending money for the other needed aspect like education or economy motivate us to a sharp growth in different problem.
On the one hand, helping artists communities in financial problem provides a lot of promotion for a country to the world. By giving money, artists now have more chances to develop their own talent. Since then, they can make more art masterpieces in their countries without thinking about the limited budget, this factor may lead to more attractive a country can get. For example, one Vietnamese famous painter posted his products on social media and it became viral a lot, many people from anywhere are impressed by his talent and tried to research Vietnam’s sceneries on the internet, that is absolutely a good way for promoting. However, I do not think that spending a lot of money for arts is effective in all situations because of in reality, it is just suitable for wealthy countries, not for the one is still developing or poor countries.
On the other hand, expending money to another country’s problem sounds better because there are still many aspects that require for a lot of spending like economy, education or healthcare in a country. Giving support for artists as well as governments can not focus strongly on these important corners anymore because they must to divide their time and expenditure for more problems. For example, half of Americans now face to a less approach to healthcare service because the governments are trying to solve all the problems, include which doesn’t have any benefits for most people. As a result, I believe that using money for others is crucial than for supporting artists in a country.
In conclusion, despite giving support to artists make an impactful promotion for nations’ cultural and signatures, the other problems still need more attentions to care about because they directly effect to a development of a country.
