States should provide a lot of aids to the painters. While some think that they should focus on other essential issues rather than giving them money because it is wasteful. This essay will argue that, although real and wonderful art works can prove their value and would be beneficial for economy. I believe that funding them is not necessary since not all of them owe vital skills of painting.

On the one hand, it is not deniable that mesmerizing art projects of minkind already have approved their significance through the boosting economy of the owner countries. In other words, all masterpieces have created their path on art and culture heritage of human beings. Many paintings with this fame attract tourists, visitors, and art-lovers due to their uniqueness. For instance, Mona Lisa which had painted by one of the greatest person all over the time Leonardo Da Vinci who was inventor, explorer, and philosopher. This half-body portrait is now located in the Louvre Museum, which plays significant role of economic development of France and Europe. However, I think this role model could not be suitable for others.

On the other hand, supporting painters may not be profitable since today’s artists do not have tallent in terms of painting. Moreover, there is another replacement for them, that is AI technologies with the latest advancements. Without vital skills fake artists are using Artificial Intellegence that makes their works less attractive and more faster. As a result, they can bе со could not create illustrations, which cannot be comparable with the Italian Renaissance era projects., instead they simply use digital tools. For instance, in the USA art persons utilize electronic devices to create illustrations. I believe that helping them will be completely invaluable and it will be better to address another problems.

In conclusion, for the development of the art countries have to fund artistic people to encourage more travellers, but spending to the unskilled and tallentless people would be waste of money.
