Band 5+: Health care is becoming more complex with people in many countries becoming more concerned with their health and having varying opinion on how to care for themselves.

Health care is undergoing significant transformation, which is increasing it’s complexity.As people became more aware about health care diverse health care health practices and approaches have emerged.

Nowadays as we know internet is widespread, instead of becoming source of information it had become source of misinformation. Some people fall pray to advertisement making false claims. You can see fake ads claiming that eating their tablets will help you to lose Weight,will help you to grow taller etc. In such ads to make people believe they show before and after results. But all these advertisements are fake and results shown in their add is scientifically unachievable. Consuming such products can even harm your health.

First step to improve your health is to avoid all these types of fake ads and suggestions. There are too many good doctors and dietician on social media from their content people should consider taking advise. There is no need to overthink and following different advise from different people or source. Just following some basic things like eating a balanced diet, eating on time, sleeping and waking up on time and doing regular exercise. All these things are enough to keep anyone healthy.

In conclusion this essay highlights that just becoming more concerned about your health and following varying opinion on how to improve your health will not be beneficial. This essay also suggest following very basic things like eating a balanced diet and regular exercise can be very good for your overall health.
