A few years ago, I thought that romantic relationships were something hard and required responsibility. So do I now, but something has changed. My point of view changed not just because I grew up or something else – the main reason for this is my girlfriend.
For the first time, I met her in school. I was transferred to another school where Engie had already been studying for her entire life. I was 12 when I met her. I hadn’t planned anything serious and was just studying till 9th grade. I started looking at girls because I liked how they looked. You know, this teenage moment when you just hang around, trying to find out who is going to be your future couple.
We were good friends. We were in the same friend group, so we always got along well with each other. But our friendship changed at the start of the second semester of 9th grade. When we skipped lessons, we usually went to my place just to wait till they ended. So we started to get closer. We had never hung out on our own until this spring. We were chatting a lot, calling each other while doing homework, etc. But with time, for me, our friendship became something bigger.
We started dating on May 5th. We are still a couple, and I enjoy every moment I spend with her. Now I can’t imagine spending a single day without seeing her. Engie is the most beautiful and perfect girlfriend I could ever wish to have. I hope we’ll get even closer and spend our entire life together.
