There are different ways to achieve something. Someone looks for the most effortless way, maybe even cheating. While the other part of the community chooses fairness and hardwork. Therefore some individuals are wondering why do employees and students prefer to struggle with challenges for their aim if there are other easier ways. This question is going to be discussed in this essay.
Obviously, hardly ever people choose working intensively instead of an easier way. For instance some students choose hanging out, wasting their time by scrolling through social media. They are used to being in their ‘comfort zone’. Comfort zone- is a description of people who are satisfied with things or opportunities which they already have, they do not think about going up to a higher level of life. These people do not even think about polishing up their skills, portfolio or career.
Those individuals whose willingness is stronger than laziness, who has a strong stimulus, are called determined and hard-working people. Accordingly they do hard labour to achieve the highest goal. In contrast to people who would like to remain in their comfort zone, hard-working ones choose the highest priorities.Many experts, psychologist would agree that these struggling people have the best potential and they are not afraid of challenges.
In conclusion, many people would agree that it is better to be struggling rather than lazy. However, even if they agree, they still do not try to do their best and it is their own problem. They are not motivated enough.
