Small portion of people in many countries are payed with high salaries. Most of them think that it is desired pay for their knowledge and it is good thing too, but some of them think that government need to look into this and cut the salaries above certain level.
On positive side, it is good to pay a high salaries to the scholar persons of the society. Many among them run NGO’s, charity and many organization for the sake of needy children and orphanage people. As children are future of the society, it is important to make them well educated. Many of them help this children by providing scholarships and motivate them to take right path to succeed in their life. Apart from this they are the main hands in giving sponsorships for many culturals and social events in the city. For instance, one of my friend works in renoved organisation, were he is payed with high sum. He uses part of this sum for oldage home. So they play an vital role in making the city in well organised manner.
On the downside, some peoples do not pay taxes to the government and they invest this amount for their personal growth. They put this taxable amount in many foreign banks and they show fraud document proofs for this money. Recently, I saw an article in news paper, it say nearly 10 billion dollars are seen as black money in foreign banks. So government need to take important step in controlling this offences.
In conclusion, even though there are some drawbacks, it is important for the society to have this people for improving of the society.
